Does anyone here use any kind of Assistive Technology (AT) in their daily lives?

Other than my memo function on my mobile phone to remind me to do certain things, not much else... other than I do most of my talking online, especially to my bf in Australia.

I used to have a lot more assistive technology, especially in university.  The special needs office seemed really keen to get me any A.T. that they thought might be of use.  Even though I didn't really know whether it would work for me.

I had a WatchMinder, a Dana, a scanner that was suppose to scan in textbooks for me to manipulate text, and Read Please.  I also got the transcibe service that scanned in my reading materials, audio books, and a notetaker.

^Sounds pretty sweet. Is all of the software you use available for Windows operating systems only?
