I was just editing an old blog post and thought it might be of interest to some here. It is about my son's journey from very resistant eater to a kid who will eat most foods.

The process of eating is extremely challenging for many individuals with autism and sensory integration disorder. Seventy-five percent of children diagnosed with ASDs have limited food preferences. Approximately half of the autism population in one study was hypersensitive to textures and lumps in food. (read the rest)
