I'm permanently logged in
When I log out, the system still shows me as being online. I like being here as much as anyone, but sometimes I like to leave. Why can't I log out?
Names do not get deleted from the list of users right away. There is a 15 minute delay from the last time you viewed a page until your name disappears from the list. This lets people view pages for a while before they are considered offline. Are you still seeing your name after 15 minutes?
Thanks ladies. If I have to be kidnapped, it's not so bad to get kidnapped by AWN! Sorry, Lori, my bad. Your system's working fine. I didn't know there was a delay, so in typical aspie fashion, I kept trying and trying to log out, and kept getting worked-up about the fact that it wasn't happening.
It was like how Sheldon on The Big Bang Theory knocks on the door and says "Leonard, Leonard, Leonard", at 1 second intervals until the door is answered. 
haha. i love Sheldon :) I should mention that you are logged out of the system at the moment you log out even though your name stays on the list for 15 more minutes.
