Monk
Ok - so he's meant to have OCD, but plenty of people think Adrian Monk meets the diagnostic criteria for Asperger's.
I have to agree.
My Dad nicknamed me PatchMonk because I'm obsessed with Patch Adams (and his way of practising medicine) and am also very much like Adrian Monk. Dad calls me just "Monk" when I get obsessed with straightening things out, organising them and colour coding etc. I've been doing these things since I was about 2 years old.
When I lived in college, first year of uni, the boys would all come in a push everything out of straight lines and them time how long before I straightened them all up again.
I LOVE watching Monk. I can relate soooooo much to so many things he does.
My NT friends say they find watching it almost painful because he does so many things I do around them.
Monk doesn't have Asperger's. Monk is on that level of strange no one wants to admit to. I mean, I wouldn't want to be in the same room as Monk. He gives you that vibe that says, "Whoa, things just got ten times creepy now." O_o;
Sorry if I offended anybody, but that is the truth. I rather be in a room with Dale Gribble.

I always liked the series Monk. I was sad when the show came to an end! I always thought he seemed a bit spectrumy as well.
