PHOTOGRAPHY!!!!!!!!!!!
I love photography. Anyone else? I always love learning about any process of it. In college, I loved the black and white dark room. Never tried the color dark room. Had a little difficulty with remembering the details of how to use the adjustable camera at the time, as my short term memory was really bad, but I always seemed to know how to take the photos and did a good job at it. I loved playing with light and shadows.
please post some pics of your landscapes, and nature scenes. I love those. Those are my favorite.
OK, here are a couple of cloud shots; these were taken in a park near my house. I live in the city so I don't find too many really nice landscapes but we do what we can lol.
I tried to upload some other pix but it didn't work, I don't know why; it said "Upload failed", but no explanation as to why.
I think this one looks like a bird; a friend of mine said it looked like a plane...so I wondered if the next person would think it looks like Superman! lol (If you're old enough to remember the TV show--I am)

it looks like a stun-ray gun from the old star trek. LOL. I love skyscapes. Clouds are my recent interest, since I finally got some sunglasses and I can now look up at the bright sky.

Hmmmm - I am suddenly motivated to try and put together a collection of picture that represent my AS way of seeing the world and make beautiful scenes! Maybe we could make a book of Aspie photography or something!

Maybe I should try taking pictures -I have a camera, so that's a start. And now with digital cameras you don't have to pay for developing. Cheap hobby for me I'm thinking.

the first one was a local sunset(Nebraska) and the rest was at Yellowstone National Park last August.

Yes, photography is another of my passions. I used a Canon film camera for many years, and about a year ago I got my first digital camera, a 7.1 mp with a 12x zoom. Love it! I take lots of shots of my cats, but my favorite thing is landscapes and nature shots. I spent a lot of time learning the settings for an SLR camera, but my new digital works so well in Auto mode that I hardly ever have to change the settings, unless I want to do some kind of special effects. Mostly though I go in for realism, and the more lifelike a shot comes out the better I like it, especially a beautiful nature scene.
I love to take walks in the parks or get out of the city if I can, to look for appealing scenes to shoot; especially the first flowers of spring, the first snowfall, etc.
